Day 25 - Still on the VLCD
Well, I made it through the first day without any hhcg. I think I did fairly well. I wasn't really hungry like I thought I would be. I am on day 2 without the hhcg, so I will see how things go today. I was able to maintain the VLCD yesterday and I drank lots and lots of water. I weighed this morning and was a pound down. I know you are not supposed to be more than two pounds up or down, so I will monitor the weight closely. I may add a little more protein to my diet today. I am excited for tomorrow to come so that I can add more food to my diet. I do miss breakfast. I was a breakfast eater and at first found it hard not to want to eat something. As time passed, I became accustomed to not eating in the morning and just drinking lots and lots of fluids. I hope that if you try this diet, that you have just as many successes as me!

Day 24
Today is the first day that I am off my hhcg. I am going to see how I get through the day without any drops. I still have to eat a VLCD today and tomorrow and then I can start adding some additional food. I can't wait! I really did not think that I could stay on this diet, but the weight kept falling off. When you see such great results, there is no possible way you will want to quit this diet. It seems hard at first, but the longer you are on it, the more ways you will learn to cook your food to have a variety. You do not have to eat the same thing over and over.
My last dose day weight will be 148.8. I will see how long I can maintain that weight. I am only going to do an interruption and get right back on until I hit 135. I did finally get my measurements done. I have lost a total of 14 inches from my body! YES!! That is exciting too!! My clothes are really lose and I am back into my 'old' clothes.
Stay focused on your goal!!

Day 23 - Lost another pound!
WOOHOO!! I am really excited about that! I am now 148.8. I need to do my measurements sometimes today during my hectic schedule. I love the hhcg! It has really worked for me. I was real skeptical at first and then I had a stall for a few days and now I seem to be moving in the right direction again. YEA!! If I could hit 146 that would be awesome! That would mean I lost 20 pounds with this diet. I can't think of any other diet as to where you can lose that much in 3 weeks - unless you were on the Biggest Loser, which isn't going to happen.
Remember to stay focused!

Day 22 - I made it!!!
I did it!! I weighed in at 149.8 this morning!! WOOHOO! I am so excited to have made it into the 140's. I do not care if it is 149 or 141. It is the 140's!! No more 150's!! I have made it out of the 160's and now the 150's!! My goal is 135, but I know I will not make it before my 'planned interruption.' Tomorrow will be day 23 and then I am going to take a break for 4 days and then start back on phase 2. I am hoping it will jump start the loss even more. I will continue Phase 2 until I get to 135! After reaching my goal, I am going to start P3. I am going to measure myself tomorrow as well to see if I have any more changes. Stay focused!

Day 21 - 150.4
That was hard to lose! I traveled overnight to visit my mom and I didn't eat like I do when I am at home. They eat a lot of fast food, so I was lucky that one place we stopped at had a nice grilled chicken salad. I took everything out except for the lettuce and chicken. I brought my own fruit, so I added an orange to it. I was glad that I was able to stick to the diet when everyone else was eating everything under the sun! I felt a little weak later in the day. I think it was from not getting enough fluids. I am feeling a lot better today. I wonder if I will ever hit into the 140s before the 23 days are up. I only have 2 more to go and then I start a planned interruption.
Well, until tomorrow......keep focused!

Day 20 - Today I weigh 150.8
Oh so close to the 140s. I hope by the end of the weekend to hit the 140 mark. I think I have finally made up my mind of what I am going to do in regards to another round. I am going to do the 23 days and then take an interruption break as described on the yahoo group, hcghomeopathicweightlossmethod. It is a great resource for those who are using the homeopathic versions of hcg. Here are a few of the tips they offer on a planned interruption:
- You must have completed at least 23 days of hcg doses before you are eligible for one of these breaks/interruptions.
- The interruption must be a minimum of 4 days but cannot last longer than 14. If it goes longer than 14, you are then officially into Phase 3...a normal break would then be needed to do that P3 for at least 3 weeks.
- After you complete at least the 23 days of hcg doses, you stop the hcg and continue to follow the vlcd for 48 more hours if you are on hhcg (72 if it is the Rx hcg). This time period, the evil 48 or the evil 72 hrs., is part of your 4-14 days mentioned in #2 above. You can then eat P3 type foods even though you are not officially in P3. When the break is over, YOU DO NOT LOAD since it is not a new round. You will resume the hcg and the vlcd. That is it!
I am so happy that I at least lost 15 pounds!! WOOHOO!! If you would like to order the Hhcg and start losing too, I recommend ordering from Donna Carlton here.

Day 19 - Down .2 pounds
I don't know what to say. I think my body is just about lost all it wants to lose on this diet. I can't think of any other reason as to why I am not losing any more weight. I am close to the finish line now, so I will finish this round out and will probably start an extra round just because I do not think I am going to hit my goal weight of 135. I thought in the beginning that I would, but currenlty I am 151.2 and only have 4 days to go on P2 before beginning P3. I am not even sure if I will get into the 140s at all at this rate. I am still excited because I have 14 pounds gone from my body and 12.5". I think I should be proud of that. My goal in P3 will be to continue what I started and not stray from the program. It is working so far, even if it is slow. I started at 166 and am just proud of where I am now compared to then. Yesterday I mentioned that I would get my new measurements and I did.
My new results (just posting the now and how many inches lost for each category):
