YIPPEE!! I was so glad to see the scale actually read a big difference instead of the little losses I have had the last two days. I weighed 153.2 this morning! WOOHOO! I am doing the happy dance today. I wanted to get to the 140'2 by the weekend, but two days with hardly any weight loss might have halted that goal. Maybe by Monday or Tuesday I will hit the 140's. Hopefully! I have said good-bye to the 160's and now I want to say good-bye to the 150's!! I think the more sleep I get each night, the better the weight loss too! I am trying to make sure I get at least 8 hours of sleep every night. If I can just get into the bed by a certain time each night, I know I will be successful with the 8 hours. It is just hard for me some nights because I am left to turn everything off, clean up the kitchen, lock the doors, pick up the livingroom, etc. while everyone else heads to bed. I do not expect that routine to change. I need to just start doing the routine about 30 minutes earlier than I normally do and I will make it.
Can't wait to see what tomorrow brings!
