Day 12 - down .4 - 154.4

I wasn't surprised to see the low loss this morning. I told my husband last night that I probably would not loose anything because I did a lot of strenuous work yesterday. I do not normally do a lot of lifting and knew that the protocol says not to begin something if you haven't always done it because you may hit a stall. Well, I guess the protocol is right. Today I am going to try to do everything by the book and see if tomorrow will bring bigger numbers. The only thing I am worried about is this morning I had a dental cleaning and I hope the polish they use will not effect me in a negative way. I guess time will tell. On a positive note, I thought I would measure myself again since I did not lose much. I am happy to say that I am down 9.25 inches from my total body. YIPPEE! I am so happy about that.

New measurements -
  • Neck - was 13 - still 13 (no change)
  • Bicep - beginning 13 - now 12 (-1")
  • Forearm - beginning 10 - now 9.5 (-.5")
  • Chest - beginning 39.75 - now 39 (-.75")
  • Waist - beginning 35.75 - now 34.5 (-1.25")
  • Hips - beginning 42.5 - now 40 (-2.5")
  • Thighs - beginning 25.5 - now 23.25 (-2.25")
  • Calf - beginning 14.5 - now 13.5 (-1")

I like the way everything is shrinking in the right places the fastest! I hate my hips, thighs, and waist. So, I am glad that is where I have lost most of the inches from!
